I don't belong here ???

There is a very good song performed by the Radiohead's (name of the band). The song name is "I don't belong here". Well those words are echoing in my head while asking myself the same question related to my place in this group.

I'm an IT expert and also have some academic experience in Psychoanalytic approach to Organization consulting (I'm not a professional in any of the psychology fields).
My dream was always to bring some added value to my work with my clients in the IT field by using other disciplines.

I reviewed some of the ongoing discussions before bringing one of my own and somehow I did not find any issue related to an Organization.
I'll be very happy to find out that I'm wrong and issues related to an organization can indeed interest some of you…
